Banana Kale Smoothie

The sun is OUT and there’s a very distinct “springtime” aroma floating through the air. Some people lament the lack of “seasons” in Southern California, but if you are a local… you can tell the difference from one to another.

In honor of this seasonal shift, I present you with a vibrant green smoothie!

It’s so easy and delicious, you’ll want it everyday. (…or is that just me?)

Banana Kale Smoothie

1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 c. ice
1/4 c. cashews or coconut flakes
3 kale leaves, de-stemmed
1 tsp. maca
1 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Blend it like a Boss.
