3 Little Pigs Paleo Sandwich

Sandwiches! I love them and I know you do too.

This sandwich was the result of a miscommunication. I asked for smoked turkey. The deli guy gave me smoked ham. NBD. I’m not picky.

I also had some leftover bacon (really?! when does that ever happen?) and some salami. So naturally I would have to make a sandwich.

I should also mention that I made this sandwich for dinner, after which I slept for 10 1/2 glorious hours. If that’s not a reason to make this, I don’t know what is.

3 Little Pigs Paleo Sandwich

3-4 slices salami
3-4 slices thinly sliced ham
1 slice of cooked bacon, cut in half
deli mustard
sliced avocado
2 slices heirloom tomato
2 slices of cashew bread

  1. Apply some butter or coconut oil to the bread and toast lightly in your broiler, toaster oven, or in a skillet.
  2. Assemble the sandwich to your liking! Om nom nom nom.
