Cauliflower Hummus

Cauliflower Hummus. Kinda sounds like the elevator music of foods, right?

But don’t let its boring exterior fool you—it is delicious with the fluffy smooth texture of cauliflower and tahini plus a zing of lemon and garlic.

Haven’t convinced you yet? You might like to know that garlic is a potent anti-viral and anti-microbial food.

It’s just the thing for your socially-distanced picnic.
