My name is Nikki and I am Wellness Coach and Cook based in Southern California. As a Certified Heath and Wellness Coach, I enjoy supporting clients with evidence-based strategies as they develop greater levels of agency and determination for their wellbeing. My cooking is focused on supporting mental and physical health through whole, real foods. I currently hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Wellness and Holistic Culinary Degree. I began my health journey through a lifetime of allergies, intolerances, insecurities, and frustration. When I began to experiment with my food; the types, preparation, source, nutritional quality, etc, I began to fall in love with the creative and loving process of cooking.

Over the years, I’ve become fascinated with the process of behavior change and leadership. My goal is to facilitate sustainable and values-driven change through a strategic, capacity-focused approach health.

I believe that real, whole foods do wonders for our mental and physical energy as well as support vitality, recovery and intensity for life and sport.

I spend most of my days hanging with my two kids, writing on SubStack, meeting with friends, and eating yogurt bowls. I also enjoy hiking and heavy lifting.
