I help people build agency and determination for their wellbeing through evidence-based strategies and the power of real food.
My path here wasn’t a straight line; it was paved with a lifetime of allergies, intolerances, and the deep frustration of feeling at odds with my own body. That struggle eventually led me to the kitchen, where I fell in love with the creative, healing process of cooking. But after watching the wellness industry prioritize profit over genuine healing, I realized that “what” we eat is only half the battle. I wanted to help people with the “how”—the behavior change and self-leadership required to make health stick.

My Credentials & Philosophy
I believe that sustainable change is values-driven, not trend-driven. I hold a Master’s Degree in Integrative Wellnessand a Holistic Culinary Degree, and I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
My food philosophy is simple: Real, whole foods provide the vitality needed for the intensity of life and sport. Whether it’s mental clarity or physical recovery, what we put on our plates fuels our ability to show up for what matters.
