The wellness industry tries to convince us that we are always one 30-day challenge or life-changing supplement away from fixing our bodies. Such tactics rarely work. 

In 2017, I began to consult with individuals from large organizations like Cisco, The US Food and Drug Administration, and Department of Veterans Affairs, on the subject of nutrition and behavior change. I’ve since completed a Masters Degree in Integrative Health and I’m nationally recognized as a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

My work involves deep listening and discovery with clients as we co-create individualized plans that move away from pre-packaged, extreme, or idealized goals and help them discover realistic strategies that naturally fit into their actual lives. Together, we develop a roadmap for making sustainable, manageable changes in their health — in a way that doesn’t feel punishing, restrictive, or boring.
